promotions, payment processing, compliance with legal obligations, and other related activities. You
also acknowledge that such data transfers may involve the transmission of your data to other
jurisdictions, where data protection laws and regulations may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
AppDev shall take reasonable measures to ensure that any data transferred to these Third Parties is
handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations. However, you
understand and acknowledge that the data protection standards in these other jurisdictions may not
provide equivalent levels of protection as those in your jurisdiction. Should you have any concerns or

strongly recommend reviewing AppDev’s Privacy Policy or contacting AppDev’s support team for
more information. Your consent to the data transfer and potential use described in this section is
inherent in your continued use of AppDev’s services. You retain the right to withdraw your consent
